Karen started her aromatic journey as a practitioner of aromatherapy, eventually working as the Vice Principal for the South African School of Aromatherapy for 8 years.

Thereafter Karen took on a position as COO and HOD of Therapeutic Aromatherapy at The Cape Insitute for Allied Health Studies.

With 12 years working in the field, Karen was perfectly poised to start her business, Aromalogo. Over the past 20 years, Karen has developed Aromatic Signatures for some of South Africa's largest brands.

Karen believes in retaining the simplicity of natural aromatics by keeping the integrity and texture of the original fragrance authentic.
